As the statement circulated on Facebook says undersigned by “Teghout Support”, “Trchkan”, “Khosrov Reserve” and “Jermuk Won’t Become a Mine” civic initiatives the demand of “green” civic initiatives – to bring Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan to criminal justice remains unchanged. Reminder: on 25 October the civic initiatives applied to Public Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan with the same demand and to PM Tigran Sargsyan on 5 November. The substantiation says that the Minister issues positive opinion of environment expertise to projects, which not only violated the environmental legislation of RA, but also causes problems with national security.
