On 18 January a public hearing was held on the construction project of “Dzoraget-5” and “Dzoraget-6” SHPs in Katnarat Village, Lori Region. The announcement about holding this public hearing was displayed on the website of Nature Protection Ministry on 22 January, i.e. after the latter had been held. The official website of Committee on Regulating Public Services says that the license on the construction of “Dzoraget-5” and “Dzoraget-6” SHPs was issued to “Hazar u Mek” LLC and “VRB Concern” CJSC till 29 December 2012.
