“Hayastan” Pan-Armenian Fund will be presented a territory of 3396 square km in Yerevan, on Azatutyun Avenue, with a purpose to construct a museum-institute after Komitas and a cultural center. The cadastre value of this territory is 36371160 AMD. The draft decision will be discussed at the meeting of the government on 24 January to be presented by Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan.
