“Local Developer” Company Lawyer Aleksandr Sirunyan denies the allegations addressed to the building owners located at 3 and 3/1 Amobyan street. The court hearing based on the claim used by owners against “Local Developer” Company owned by famous entrepreneur Samvel Mayrapetyan was issued on 21 March in Kentron-Norl Marash Court of Geberal Jurisdiction under the presiding of Judge Karine Petrosyan. The issue contains demands to stop the construction of a multi-storey house near the buildings, which a part of architectural and historical heritage of Yerevan, by violations of urban development standards. The Urban Development Ministry is the third party in these proceedings. The company plaintiff as principle denies any allegations and states that all standards are complied with. It’s noteworthy that the lawyer of the plaintiffs Samvel Davtyan filed a motion about conducting a video recording in the courtroom, while the lawyer of the defendants Aleksandr Sirunyan appealed the motion, and as a result, the video shooting was prohibited.
