Nature Protection Minister had a meeting with the delegation headed by Adriana Damianova, Lead Environmental Specialist for the World Bank's South Asia Environment and Social Development Sector, Head of Working Group.
The World Bank is implementing “For Environmental Control and Transparency in Mining” grant.
As Nature Protection Ministry Information and Public Relations Department informs the parties have discussed a number of issued on developing practical guidelines with a number of mining communities and NGOs and exercising environmental control over mining at international and local levels.
