The reading of the ruling on Dundee Precious Metals Kapan vs. environmental activist Yeghia Nersissian will be held at Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytoun general jurisdiction court at 16:30 on 10 September.
“The court shall make an objective and fair ruling: the environmentalist’s words, who voices about environmental problems, can’t be considered as defamation, while the company violating its employees’ rights should first of all regulate its internal affairs. We are demanding a fair and objective ruling. We won’t stand any step aimed at making activists get silent,” says the statement disseminated by the Pan-Armenian Environmental Front.
