“We Are This City’s Owners” civic initiative is demanding to annul the illegal construction permit in the yard of the building at 12 Sayat Nova Street. As the statement of the initiative says, a five-storey building can’t be constructed at this address, as it’s a public use area and the decision was reached in the violation of the laws. The construction is carried out by “Larco Group” LLC.
