On April 9, 2021, the preliminary investigation on the part of the criminal case on alienation of "DzoraHEK" property finished. Combination of evidence were obtained against defendants Seyran Ohanyan, Robert Nazaryan, Nikolay Grigoryan, Shiraz Kirakosyan and Mushegh Koshetsyan, which is sufficient to form an indictment against them, as Special Investigative Committee (SIC) informs.
At the same time, the preliminary investigation on the remaining criminal case will be continued in order to find out new circumstances of the criminal case related to the alienation of "DzoraHEK" CJSC property regarding legalization of money laundering (money laundering).
Following the completion of the preliminary investigation of the separate part of the criminal case against the above-mentioned defendants, the press reported that the investigator in Mikael Minasyan's case would soon write file a letter of resignation for not fulfilling the order to file a new indictment. However, the SIC denied this information.
