A number of violations were revealed as a result of the inspections carried out in "Yaghdan SHPP" small hydroelectric power plant belonging to "Izodrom" LLC, as RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body informs.
During the irrigation season, the company carried out 11 million 278 thousand 656 cubic meters of water, which was not provided for in the water use permit. The mandatory requirements and conditions for the use of water resources envisaged by a positive expert opinion have not been fulfilled.
The company was subjected to administrative liability in the total amount of 300,000 AMD. The damage caused to the environment as a result of the impact caused by economic activity on water resources by "Izodrom" LLC amounted to 22,557,312 AMD.
