According to the preliminary assessment of the communities, solar photovoltaic stations will be installed in more than two hundred structures within the framework of "Social Investments and Local Development" program implemented by RA Government with the funding of World Bank.
The beneficiaries of the program are 27 united communities of Lori, Syunik, Kotayk, Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor, Aragatsotn and Shirak Regions.
Solar photovoltaic stations will be installed in community-run structures: houses of culture, sports schools, kindergartens, etc, as RA Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan posted on his Facebook page.
