

Electricity tariffs have been increased in Armenia since February 1. Reminder: the tariff will remain unchanged only for socially vulnerable families (about 11% of resident subscribers). The day and night tariffs for these subscribers will remain at 29.99 AMD and 19.99 AMD, respectively. Tariffs for residents consuming up to 200 kWh per month (55% of resident subscribers) will increase by AMD 1.5/kWh (including VAT). The daily tariff will become 46.48 AMD instead of the current 44.98 AMD, the night tariff 36.48 AMD instead of 34.98 AMD.
Tariffs for residents consuming 201-400 kWh per month (25% of resident subscribers) will increase by 3.5 AMD / kWh (including VAT). The daily tariff will become 48.48 AMD instead of the current 44.98 AMD, the night tariff will become 38.48 AMD instead of the current 34.98 AMD. Tariffs for other consumers will increase by 5.5 AMD/kWh (including VAT). The daytime tariff will become 53.48 AMD instead of the current 47.98 AMD, the nighttime tariff will become 43.48 AMD instead of the current 37.98 AMD.
From February 1, we are gradually transitioning to the new model of the electricity market and the liberalization of this market.
Reminder: the water tariff has also increased. For 2022, the water tariff for socially vulnerable subscribers will remain unchanged at 180 AMD, and for other subscribers it will increase to 200.47 AMD. The new tariffs are effective from January 1, 2022.
"Gasprom Armenia" CJSC applied to Public Services Regulatory Commission with a request to review the natural gas tariffs sold to final consumers, and it was accepted for study.
