On November 9, officers of the Tavush Police Department revealed two cases of illegal tree felling during their regular service. A 42-year-old man led by was driving a Zil make car carrying about 5 cubic meters of timber.
On the same day, Tavush police officers observed a tractor loaded with about 4 cubic meters of timber on the Berd-Aygepar road.
Officers from the Ijevan department found about 16 cubic meters of timber. Officers from Kapan Police Department also took a large truck driven by a 50-year-old man carrying about 20 cubic meters of timber.
Materials are being prepared based on these events.
