Rope Land LLC has leased 0,2164 hectares, 0.04 hectares and 0.01 hectares of area from Goris forestry enterprise for a 60-year term and 70,000 drams rent fee annually to create a multifunctional, extreme eco-complex.
In a conversation with EcoLur, a representative of Rope Land assured that no development would be carried out in the area. "There will be a number of assets, including Zipline," the company employee said. On September 30, 2019, Forestry Committee of Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia organized a competition for recreation and tourism in the state-owned forest lands of Goris forestry enterprise of “ArmForest” SNCO.
