RA Nature Protection and Soil Inspection Body detected 58 violations as a result of their inspections, visits, accepted reports from 23 to 30 December 2019, while the damage caused to the environment because of environmental violations made up 135,681,660 AMD for 43 cases. Administrative fines in the amount of 1.100.000 AMD have been imposed for 16 detected cases. 1,111,828.8 AMD was credited to the state budget in the mentioned time period.
Particularly:
Conservation of flora - 40 cases were recorded, out of which 38 were estimated damage to the environment in the amount of 110,126,090 AMD and administrative fine in the amount of 200,000 AMD was imposed on 2 cases.
