

The fire that broke out in Khosrov Forest State Reserve on June 30, 2021 has been isolated, there is no danger of it spreading at the moment, as Ministry of Environment informs. According to preliminary estimates, about 7,000 square meters of grass, peat and juniper trees burned.
On June 30, at 6:52 p.m., Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center received an alarm that a fire had broken out in the area called "Jghngyol" in Khosrov State Reserve.
81 rescuers and 40 employees from "Khosrov Forest" State Reserve SNCO took part in the firefighting.
