The 20,000 square meter plot of land (forest area) located in Tsaghkadzor community was assigned to State Property Management Committee of the Ministry of Territorial Management and Infrastructure. The decision was included in the agenda of the government session to be held on March 14. According to the draft decision, the plot of land is located in the second district of Artavaz village and the cadastral value approximated to its market value makes up 37,593,432 AMD.
As we learn from the official website of RA Prosecutor's Office, Anti-Corruption Civil Court upheld the claim of State Interests Protection Department of General Prosecutor's Office on April 6, 2023.
