Fish Should First Jump over Stones, Then Walk Upwards To Get To Spawning Site

“Jermuk Hydrotech” CJSC, which plans to construct new “Jermuk 2” SHHP, doesn’t ensure needed water flow for the fish pass. The company not only doesn’t take into consideration the defined rules and standards, but also it blocks the way to the fish spawning site. The land area is completely dried out, not already speaking about the fish…The fish should first jump over the stones, then walk to the spawning site. The SHPP projects are granted positive opinions one after one, and a question arises: who should control the further actions of the company? Watch the video by EcoLur.
