Department for Protection of State Interests of RA Chief Prosecutor’s Office investigated the cases of performing obligations by soil managers in terms of making reclaiming payments set for environmental protection for RA Code on Subsoil, as well as the measures taken by the competent state bodies on defaulted obligations. As it turned out, as of 5 June 2018 a total number of 320 soil managers have defaulted obligations of around 523 million AMD in terms of reclaiming payments.
