RA Health and Employment Inspection Body has initiated administrative proceedings in line with the statutory procedure to ensure the compliance to the mandatory requirements set in the Armenian legislation to ensure health safety and security of the employees at “Agarak Copper and Molybdenum Combine” CJSC and in the frames of this proceeding, the company is currently conducting an investigation. The ground of the administrative proceedings was 6 accidents having occurred at “Agarak Copper and Molybdenum Combine” CJSC from January to May 2019, which resulted in employees having injuries of different degrees.
