TORONTO, March 12, 2020 - Lydian International Limited announced today that Willan Abel, Stephen Altmann, Russell Ball and Gillian Davidson have each resigned as directors of the Company, effective immediately.
The Company also announced that William Dean has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 13, 2020.
Edward Sellers and Victor Flores will remain on the Company’s board of directors going forward.
