“Zov-Gouzh” LLC intends to carry out geoprospecting in the western and eastern sections of Qaraberd gold deposit for the purpose of mineral extraction. The company was established in January 2024, and its sole owner is Armenian citizen Vardan Khachatryan.
Public hearings to gather community feedback are scheduled for July 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the administrative center of Qaraberd settlement, part of Pambak consolidated community in Lori Region, Armenia. The hearings will be overseen by Head of Pambak community.
It should be noted that the license for operating the central section of Qaraberd gold deposit had been held by “Assat” LLC since 2013. The license expired in 2024.
