The Civil Society Constituency of RA EITI Multi-Stakeholder Group announces the regular elections of its representatives - members and alternate members - scheduled for December 26, 2025.
The organization and conduct of the election process will be carried out in accordance with “Procedure for the formation of the Civil Society Constituency of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative Multi-Stakeholder Group of the Republic of Armenia, nomination of candidates for members and alternate members, election and termination of powers” (new edition) and the timetable approved by the Election Commission on November 7, 2025.
To participate in the voting, it is necessary - in accordance with points 15 and 16 of the Procedure - to fill out Template 1 (word, pdf) and send it by November 23 to [email protected], indicating “Voting participant” in the subject line.
To nominate a candidate (including regional candidates), it is necessary - in accordance with points 15, 17-18, 21-24 and 27 of the Procedure - to fill out Template 2 (word, pdf) and Template 3 (word, pdf) and send them by December 3 to [email protected], indicating “Candidate nomination” in the subject line.
For representatives of the academic and educational community, it is necessary - in accordance with point 20 of the Procedure - to fill out Template 4 and Template 3, and send them by December 3 to [email protected], indicating “Candidate nomination – academic/educational” in the subject line.
Information on the venue and time of the election will be provided at least 5 days before the election day.
