PEF Demanding from Prosecutor’s Office To Bring “Ler-Ex” LLC to Justice

The Pan-Armenian Environment has submitted a report to Public Prosecutor Gevorg Kostanyan on committing crimes against environmental security. The PEF is demanding to bring “Ler-Ex” LLC and Hanqasar ore dressing facility administration to justice for committing crimes against environmental security.

Reminder: “Ler-Ex” LLC develops Hanqasar copper and molybdenum mine. Because of the spill occurred on 25 June 2013 the tails of the mine leaked out into the Geghi River and polluted it.
