Another project of mine opencast development is located next to the resort zone. “Alumina production” LLC is holding public hearings on the project of opencast development of Tejar mine at the building of regional administration in Hrazdan, at 12:00 p.m. on 3 May. Near the mine we can find such resort zones as Hanqavan, Artavaz, Meghradzor and underground sources of mineral waters. In recent years the number of companies having been issues licenses for natural resources has increased reaching to 70 land areas of mines. Out of them 36 are in the development process, 8 mines are developed, while 26 are in the process of document compiling.
