By the decree of RA President Armen Sargsyan, David Tonoyan was dismissed from the office of Defense Minister. Vagharshak Harutyunyan was appointed to replace David Tonoyan by the presidential decree. Prior to that, Harutyunyan held the position of Chief Advisor to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
