National Assembly Adopted  Bill on Copper and Molybdenum Concetrates

On July 15, 2021, RA National Assembly in the second reading fully adopted the draft law "On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On State Duty" submitted by RA Government. The law will establish a state fee for issuing export licenses for copper, molybdenum concentrate and ferromolybdenum. 71 deputies of "My Step" faction voted for the bill. No one voted against. “Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine” CJSC, “Teghut” CJSC, “Akhtala Mining and Processing Plant” CJSC, “Chaarat Kapan” CJSC, and “Agarak Copper and Molybdenum Combine” CJSC deal with the mining of copper and molybdenum and exporting their concentrates.
