An unknown person extracted a mountain range from the land located in Getashen Community, Armavir Region, without soil management right of entrails use, as Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body informs.
As a result of the surveying measurements, it was found out that 69 thousand 764 cubic meters of sandy loam mass was displaced from the area of 15 thousand 503 square meters, as a result soil degradation took place (damage to the fertile layer of the soil - destruction).
The estimated impact on land resources as a result of economic activity was about 17 million AMD.
The inspection body informs that the materials of the case have been transferred to RA Prosecutor's Office.
