In the period of January 3-14, 2022, 38 cases were recorded by RA Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body, out of which the damage to the environment was estimated at AMD 18,361,672 in 31 cases. In 13 previously recorded cases, the damage to the environment was estimated at 421,872 AMD, and an administrative fine in the amount of 800,000 AMD was imposed.
7 cases (total 873,400 AMD) were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry.
During the mentioned period 1,063,350 AMD was paid to RA state budget.
