Aram Harutyunyan's Bribery Case of $ 14 Million To Be Further Investigated

RA Prosecutor's Office returned the case of former RA Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan to Anti-Corruption Committee for additional investigation, as RA Prosecutor's Office informed "Ecolur". The Prosecutor's Office is not commenting on the reason for the additional investigation. They also found it difficult to answer the question of how much the additional examination will cost.

Reminder: Anti-Corruption Committee recently announced the completion of the preliminary investigation of the criminal case on bribery, money laundering and other corruption abuses by former Minister of Nature Protection Aram Harutyunyan. Within the framework of remote proceedings, Aram Harutyunyan was charged with Article 311 (4(2)) and Article 190(3(1)) of RA Criminal Code, in accordance with Article 375.20, Part 5 of RA Criminal Procedure Code and Part 2 of Article 308.
