During the control carried out by RA Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body on April 11-22, 2022, 52 cases were recorded, out of which damage to the environment in the amount of 9,653,520 AMD was calculated in 28 cases, and an administrative fine in the amount of 390,000 AMD was imposed in 6 cases.
Damage to the environment was estimated at 96,750 AMD in 20 previously recorded cases, and an administrative fine in the amount of 1,510,000 AMD was imposed.
10 cases (total 1,395,200 AMD) were sent to Law Enforcement Service of RA Justice Ministry. 556,800 AMD were paid to RA state budget during the mentioned period.
