Three Quakes 13-15 km North-East from Bavra Village

On July 11, between 7-11 in the morning, three earthquakes were recorded with a difference of several hours in the area 13-15 km northeast of Bavra village.

 The seismological network of Seismic Protection Territorial Service of Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) recorded the first earthquake at 07:36 in the area 14 km east of the village of Bavra in the Georgia-Armenia border zone, at a depth of 10 km, with a magnitude of 4.4.

The earthquake was felt in Shirak and Lori Regions with a magnitude of 5, in Tavush and Aragatsotn Regions - with a magnitude of 4, as well as in Yerevan City with a magnitude of 2-3.

At 09:10, an earthquake was recorded 15 km northeast of Bavra village, with a depth of 10 km, with a magnitude of 3.8. The earthquake was felt in Shirak and Lori Regions with a magnitude of 4, and with a magnitude of 3 in Tavush and Aragatsotn Regions.
