Arsen Gasparyan, PhD in Biological Sciences, was unanimously elected to the position of Director of Botany Institute of NAS RA after Armen Takhtajyan. The election took place at the session of Presidium Session of NAS RA on July 29, 2022. Arsen Gasparyan was appointed Acting Director of Botany Institute at the end of January 2022.
