Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC) CJSC donated 6.875% of its shares to RA Prime Minister's Office.
On August 24, by the decision of RA government, the rights certified by these shares were transferred to the fiduciary management of "Armenian National Interests Fund" CJSC (ANIF). Reminder: earlier ZCMC donated 15% of the shares to RA government. Those shares were also handed over to the fiduciary management of " Armenian National Interests Fund" CJSC.
Thus, the share of shares belonging to RA government in ZCMC is 21.875%. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned during the government session that they received 6,875% shares from "AMP" Holding LLC as a donation in March 2022. "We accepted it with a secret resolution, because the donor had a request with his commercial issues that we do not discuss that resolution for now, it should be kept as a commercial secret,” the Prime Minister said.
