EPMIB on Fines Set for Violation or Defaulting on EIA Examination Requirements

From June 9, 2023, RA Laws HO-150-N and RA Laws HO-152-N "On Amendments to the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" and HO-152-N "On Amendments to RA Code on Administrative Offenses" came into force. A number of amendments have been made in Article 94.1 of RA Code of Administrative Offenses (Conducting activities in violation of environmental impact assessment and expertise requirements).

The Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body (EPMIB) informs what fines have been imposed in case of violations.
