The crushing plant operated by “Best Friends” LLC, which is engaged in the production of dry construction mixes in Yerevan, has been found to be operating without a permit for the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere from stationary sources, as the Inspection Body for Environmental Protection and Mining informs.
By decision of Head of Inspection Body’s Yerevan Territorial Division, the illegal operation of the crushing plant has been suspended.
An administrative fine of 300,000 AMD was imposed on the company’s director, and a claim for compensation for environmental damage was also filed.
