Specialists from Syunik Branch of National Center for Disease Control and Prevention SNCO of RA Health Ministry collected a water sample from a resident’s home in Tsav settlement. Laboratory analysis showed that the mercury concentration in the sample exceeded the maximum permissible limit.
Until water quality is restored, residents of Tsav settlement are urged to refrain from using the water for drinking and household purposes.
At the same time, measures are being taken to determine the cause of the water contamination.
