1.75 Hectares of Land in “Dilijan” National Park Returned to the Republic of Armenia
Based on lawsuits filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Tavush Region, two plots of land with a total area of 1.75 hectares, located within “Dilijan” National Park, have been returned to the possession of the Republic of Armenia.
 
The Prosecutor’s Office had filed a claim with the Anti-Corruption Court seeking the compulsory termination of the development rights held by two individuals over the plots of land. The approximate cadastral value, close to market value, of the 0.5-hectare and 1.25-hectare plots is 119.6 million AMD.
 
The judgments of the Anti-Corruption Court dated on 23 and 24 July 2026 have entered into legal force, as a result of which the above-mentioned plots of land have been returned to the possession of the Republic of Armenia.
