There have been amendments in the list of natural monuments of Armenia. As www.aarhus.am website informs these amendments are conditioned by government no. decision 743-N on 2 May 2013, which made amendments in government decision N 967-N “On Approving List of Natural Monuments of Armenia” dated on 14 August 2008. Thus the number of geological monuments of Armenia has decreased by 3 (106 instead of previous 109), the number of hydrogeological monuments has remained the same - 48, the number of hydrological monuments has been supplemented with “Dsegh Seas” Lake and “Shamlugh Lake”, the number of natural monuments has been supplemented by “Odzi Port” monument, while biological monuments have been supplemented with “Voskepar Keni” and “Jonjolkut” territories.
