Under governmental draft decision, the chartered capital of “Akhtala Health Center” state closed joint-stock company has been reduced. Its capital has been determined in the amount of 18,400,000 AMD, which makes up 1840 shares with the nominal values of 10,000 AMD each. The decision rationale says that if the value of the assets is lower than the chartered capital, the chartered capital shall be reduced in line with RA Law “On Joint-Stock Companies”. ““Akhtala Health Center” experiences such a problem and this decision aims to regulate it,” the decision says.
