'Dilinan' National Park Director Deputies and Tavush Territorial Division Head of State Environmental Inspection have been dismissed for improper control and supervision in the area of 'Dilijan' National Park, as Information and Public Relations Department of RA Nature Protection Ministry informs. Reminder: recently 351 trees have been illegally cut down in 'Dilijan' National Park, while the damage caused to nature was estimated in the amount of 57 million AMD. 'Vendor' LLC having leased the area of Gosh Lake in the area of 'Dilijan' National Park for 60 years had operated heavy machinery in the lake area thus violating the local landscape and ecosystem. Due to illegal land operations in the area of Gosh Lake, Tavush Territorial Division of RA Nature Protection Ministry estimated damage of 188,6 thousand AMD caused to land resources. According to RA Nature Protection Artsvik Minasyan's decree, at the expense of 'Vendor' LLC financial means, the littoral area of Gosh Lake will be cleaned from the collected mud and will be improved.
