The Department for Protection of State Interests of RA Prosecutor's Office has initiated a criminal case based on Article 290 (1) of RA Criminal Code, and its initial investigation has been passed to RA Criminal Investigative Committee.
We do expect this case to turn into a precedent for the detection of such violations and bringing to justice.
