On November 10 the Armenian Government adopted a decision to allot Agriculture Ministry more than 256 million AMD to renovate the dike on Araks River, to rehabilitate the damaged parts of the Araks River in Syunik Region, to place short dams on Martouni River in the territory of Martouni Town, Gegharkounik Region, to correct Aghstev riverbed in the territory of Achajur Community, Tavush Region. According to the official website of the Armenian Government, the abovementioned works will have been carried out by spring floodings of 2012.
