The Government has set the powers of the Nature Protection Ministry of Armenia as regards with the environmental protection in mining sphere and made amendments in its decision 1237-N dated on 8 August 2002. This decision lays down the Charter of the Ministry and its activities. The amendments are conditioned by the entry of new Code “On Soil” into force.
