At the meeting on 9 March MES Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Service Head Levon Vardanyan said that the water level in the reservoirs will be higher as compared with the previous years. He also said that the temperature will go up by another 2-3 degrees, spring precipitation is expected from 12 March, which supposes favourable weather conditions.
