Located in the administrative territory of Sis Community, Ararat region, the fish farm owned by "S. N. Hayrapetyan" Individual Entrepreneur, water use was carried out without a corresponding water use permit, as Facebook page of the Ararat Regional Department of Nature Protection and Mining Inspection Body.
As a result of illegal water use, damage of 16,404,249 AMD was caused to the environment. An administrative fine in the amount of 150,000 AMD was imposed on the individual entrepreneur.
