The Nature Protection Ministry will draw up a very important draft law “On Environmental Responsibility for Preventing and Eliminating Damage Caused to Nature.” The bill is designed to improve the system of damage assessment as a result of the pollution of natural resources and environment. It will submitted to the Armenian Government only in the summer of 2018 and only in case the government approves the decision of Nature Protection Minister Aram Harutyunyan “On program of event implementation arising from the concept of establishing innovation financial mechanism in environment. In the frames of the program for 2014-2018 it’s planned to submit to the Armenian Government bills and proposals on making amendments and supplements to a number of decisions and laws.”
