In 2013 47 soil management licenses were issued for Syunik Region, as the report on Syunik Regional Head’s Activities and Regional Socio-economic State for 2013 says. It should be mentioned that according to the official information of Energy and Natural Resources Ministry, as of 1 January 2014, soil management licenses were issued for the purpose of mining natural resources, out of which 10 licenses were issued for metallic mines.
