In one day, on 21 June, the National Assembly quickly adopted the draft law “On Environmental Impact Expert Assessment” in three readings. The public representatives are sure this law meets not business interests, and not nature interests.
On 8 July, at 11:00, EcoLur Press Club (48 Hanrapetutyan Street) will host a press conference, where the coordinator of Public Environmental Alliance Silva Adamyan, “Forests of Armenia” NGO Chairman Nazeli Hovhannisyan and Pan-Armenian Environmental Front Member Levon Galstyan will speak about the drawbacks of the law.
