The problem of drought in Armenia is connected with preserving snow cover. As it turns out, snow can be preserved. It's already four years since a group of Armenian scientists have been conducting scientific experiments in Aragats to preserve snow so as to be able to use water in low-water seasons.
EcoLur Press Club will host the participants of this scientific project – Ruben Hambardzumyan, mathematicians, RA NASAcademician, and Artak Hambaryan (AUA), who will present the project on establishing snow reservoirs to draw government attention to this project at 12:00 on 22 July at EcoLur Press Club (49 Hanrapetutyan st).
