Lake Sevan starts blooming. The shots of the green Sevan were captured on June 6 by EcoLur's camera. It should be noted that Lake Sevan has had a negative balance since the beginning of 2022. Under such conditions, water intake for irrigation has already started from the lake. It has been decided to release up to 170 million cubic meters of water from Lake Sevan. As of June 8, 3.578 million cubic meters of water were released from the lake. Since the beginning of the year, 128,199 million cubic meters of water have flowed into the lake through Arpa-Sevan tunnel. The level of the lake as of June 8 is 1900.73 m, which is 18 cm lower than the same day last year.
